About the event
On Sept. 29, 2025 ICAR Collective and Momentum held a roundtable focused on strengthening the continuum of care for discharged soldiers. Despite the number of organizations active in this field, there is no coordinated system for early trauma detection and tailored guidance. Following the survey analysis from 30 NGOs and government services, the roundtable was designed to start the collective impact process and lead to the development of practical tools for risk identification, mapping the client journey, and improving connections between the military, mental health services, welfare systems, and civil society. In this webinar, ICAR Collective co-founders Prof. Eyal Fruchter and Gila Tolub will review and recap this roundtable with Avi Cirt, Momentum CEO.
